SCHOOL HOURS:

Morning Session: 7:00 am to 11:15 am

Day Session: 8:00am to 1:30 am

FACILITIES PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL:

1. Yoga classes will be provided by the school

2. Monthly medical checkup will betaken by the school.

3. Smart Classes and computer practical classes will be provided by the school.

SCHOOL UNIFORM:

BOYS : Red with gray strip shirt half/full with gray pant. Black shoes with white socks. Maroon color sweater, full maroon blazer.

GIRLS : Red with gray strip shirt with gray skirt, black shoes with white socks, white ribbon or hair band, maroon sweater.

** NOTE : White dress will be applied on Saturday and Sunday

FEES:

a. Parents will kindly save the fee receipts issued to them for counter - checking by the school office. Fees that are paid will not be refunded.

b. The school reserves its right to revise the fees is without prior notice.

c. The fee defaulters may be debarred from examination and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls.

IMPORTANT RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. New session will commence from 15" of March 2017.

2. The Tuition Fees must be deposit every Month of 11" and after 12" there will be late fine of Rs. 2/- will be charged per day.

3. Birth certificate from the competent authority (Municipal Corporation /Panchayat) and four passport size photographs are essential at the time of submitting the Admission Form.

REQUISITES FOR HOSTELLER:

It is essential that all the items listed below should be supplied by the parents/guardians. In case of shortage of items the same will be supplied by the school at the expense of the guardian.

Mattress (Tosak) 180cms x 85cms 1 pcs.

Pillow: complete with two green covers 1 pcs.

Mosquito Net 180cms x 85cms 120cms 1 pcs.

Bed—sheet : green color with thick border 2 Pcs.

Quilt (Rajai) : complete with two nos. of green cover (for winter season only) 1 Pcs.

STATIONERIES:

Mirror, Comb, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Body soap with soap case, Washing soap, Torch, Lock with two key with two key rings, Umbrella, Mug and small bucket are also supplied by the guardians.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: - Please do not supply your ward with any items like, pocket money of any amount, civil dress, electronic gadgets such items if found will be ceased and strict disciplinary action may be imposed, which may amount to expulsion.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Each student will be allotted an enrollment number. It will be also maintained in their bill book and diary. Kindly note this enrollment number in all correspondence.

2. Parents/Guardians are also requested to notify the Vikas Vidyalaya in case of any change in their address/Mobile number.

3. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet teachers during school hours.

4. In case of losing the Report Card a duplicate may be issued on payment of Rs.50/-.

5. Student must arrive 15 minutes before the school beginning.

6. A student who is not properly dressed (in school uniform) will not be allowed in the class room.

7. Have a monthly meeting (last day of every month) with Principal/Teacher and discuss your child's progress.

8. Regular check and sign the diary of your child.

9. Diary is must for every student and present in when asked for.

10. Students are not allowed to bring any phone or electronic gadgets in the school.

11. Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments such as knives or kind of object that can use injury to others.

12. Students must remain regular in attendance and never come late to the Vikas Vidyalaya.

13. The Vikas Vidyalaya owns the right to take serious action and even to dismiss any student who is found guilty of misconduct.

14. Name of the student will be struck off from the register if a child remains absent for six consecutive daywithout the prior information.

WITHDRAWLS AND REMOVAL:

The school administration reserves the rights to the withdrawals of student in case of.

1. Act of gross indiscipline.

2. Non payment of fees.

3. If a student is found to be unable to be benefitted from the school.

4. If the presence of influence of a particular student is considered to be harmful and on other students.

HOSTEL:

VIKAS VIDYALAYA also providesthe facility of hostel for boys & girls who belong to out of Market area. School provides dormitory for every Student. There is a neat and clean dining hall and all possible care is taken to supply nutritious and balanced diet for Student. The meal includes non vegetarian/vegetarian according to the meal routine. Guardians will have to supply their wards all their related things recommended by school.
